Capturing the Patient Voice: Using Patient-Reported Outcomes to Enhance Patient-Centred Care
October 30 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pmFree
Patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) are tools for capturing the patients’ perspective on their own outcomes of care. They provide information for improving both quality of care and for assessing value in our healthcare system.
Hosted by the George and Fay Yee Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI), this special two-hour forum will:
- Explore approaches to implementing a province-wide PROMs program
- Explore the uses of patient-reported outcomes and experience data
- Discuss the challenges and opportunities for researchers, clinicians, patients, and decision-makers.
